Description:
The Associate/Document Review Attorney responsible for handling document/pleading review for residential foreclosure matters and facilitating a response to correspondence or other communication related to the pleadings.

- Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure related pleadings.
- Handle and coordinate responses to correspondence or outreach relating to the pleadings.
- Conduct pre-foreclosure title review. Learn the title claim and title clearance process.
- Regular client meetings/updates.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate.
- Member in good standing of the NC Bar.
- 1-2 years of foreclosure experience
- Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone).
- Provides exceptional client service.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance.
- Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- Upon demonstration of success, after six (6) months, the position can move to a hybrid status with 50/50 in the office.
