Well established plaintiff's personal injury/medical malpractice/ labor law firm is seeking an associate with 7 to 10 years' experience. The position is in the office 4 days a week, 1 day remote. Significant experience with construction, medical malpractice, automobile, municipal liability etc required. Knowledge of the law, good writing and research skills are required. Applicant will be expected to draft documents daily, including but not limited to bills of particulars, summons & complaints, motions, and other writing assignments, as well as conducting depositions and attending court appearances. Must have law degree and be admitted to the NYS Bar.
