We are seeking an Antitrust Counsel for a position in A New York–based International Law Firm's New York office. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in a wide range of antitrust matters, advising and representing clients on mergers and acquisitions, complex antitrust litigation, government investigations, financing transactions with the potential for antitrust risk, and antitrust compliance.Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar.
