Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a robust personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
- Work alongside experienced attorneys while leveraging a strong administrative and litigation support team that enables you to focus on strategy and advocacy
- Be trusted with significant responsibility and decision-making authority on your cases
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of legal practice or clerkship experience
- Active Maryland, DC and/or Virginia bar license (required)
- Strong client communication, legal writing, and negotiation skills
- A self-directed, highly organized attorney
