Description:

We're looking for a fighter who's passionate about helping real people and unafraid of big bullies or the courtroom.

From the beginning, Nashville Personal Injury Lawyers set out to be a different kind of PI firm. We put our clients and our staff first. We hire hard-working attorneys motivated by integrity and driven by a passion for helping others. We built a culture of smart, innovative, compassionate people who care as much about each other as their work. As a result, we've been voted the best lawyers in Nashville for the last 7 years by Nashville Scene readers and selected by the Nashville Business Journal as one of Nashville's Best Places to Work for the last 8. We're growing fast, opening new offices, adopting new technologies, and setting trends. We're looking for someone with experience in personal injury law, a passion for their work, a sense of humor, and a desire to be a part of a firm where talent, friendship, respect, and laughter abound.

You'll know you're a good fit if…
  • You're tired of being part of a settlement mill where the focus is on mediation and settling even when your client deserves more.
  • You want quality benefits, generous vacation time, an attractive workplace, and management that recognizes and rewards hard work, legal talent, and providing good client experiences.
  • You enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • You're a trial lawyer who is comfortable in a courtroom.
  • You want to grow and hone your skills and help others do the same.

  • You're a people-person who excels at building strong relationships with clients.
  • You think good paralegals are worth more than gold and treat them like it.
  • You're not looking for a short-term gig. You are looking for a long-term position at a firm that rewards loyalty.
  • You're not afraid to try new legal strategies and tactics and actively look for ways to do things better.
  • You're looking for good compensation, a bonus plan, and room for growth.
  • You believe everyone deserves equal respect, regardless of their race, religion, sexual orientation, level of income, or job title.
  • You have a healthy sense of humor.
  • You're looking for a job that you'll never want to leave.
  • You're looking for a role that will allow you to change lives.

We'll know you're a good fit if…
  • You have a license to practice law in Tennessee, and your license is in good standing.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience practicing personal injury law. More the better.
  • You're comfortable using case management software.
  • You have a knack for organization, details, and meeting deadlines.
  • You treat all levels of employees with equal respect.
  • You're naturally interested in people and good at establishing and sustaining client relationships
  • You understand that the more informed your clients feel, the happier they are.
  • You have the judgement required to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple things at once.
  • You're a self-starter who's likely to take personal initiative to get things done.
  • You're skilled at working independently but recognize when to seek help.
  • You believe in the importance of protecting the confidentiality of sensitive company and employee data.
  • You follow the rules because you understand the importance of leading by example.
  • You value integrity and demonstrate this quality in your professional and personal life.
  • You care about our mission and are excited by the opportunity to be a part of a company dedicated to helping people who've been hurt.

What would I be doing every day?
