Description:

Well-established, multi-practice law firm is seeking litigation attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience. Ideal candidates will have documented experience, confidence and a strong work ethic. The candidate must be self-motivated, eager to learn and willing to devote himself or herself to excel.

Responsibilities will include:

Management of a caseload of litigation files;
Drafting Pleadings;
Drafting and Responding to Discovery;
Drafting and Responding to Motions/Briefs, Including Summary Judgment
Trial Practice;
Oral Argument;
Managing Court, Client, and Internal Deadlines for filings.
Working in the Office on a Daily Basis (not a remote position);
The Ability to Work in Multiple Practice Areas; and
Strong desire to be part of a team-practice.

Qualified applicants must be in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia be admitted to Georgia's appellate courts and the Northern District of Georgia, have strong references, be able to work under strict deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced practice.
