California Lemon Law Attorneys is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation and a good standing with the California State Bar.Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of personal injury matters, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice cases.
- Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and interview witnesses to build strong cases on behalf of clients.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents necessary for each stage of litigation.
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including depositions and interrogatories.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected throughout the legal process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents pertaining to personal injury litigation.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
- Demonstrated experience in personal injury litigation, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of California personal injury laws and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
