A Full-Service Business Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified Patent Litigation Associate with a minimum of two years of relevant experience to join our Intellectual Property practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and litigation experience, with preference given to those who have handled complex patent litigation, licensing matters, or patent procurement. Applicants must have excellent academic credentials and a technical bachelor's or preferably an advanced degree. Preferred technical degrees include chemical engineering, physics, chemistry, or biochemistry, with an additional interest in computer-related technologies. Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is preferred but not required. We are looking for a team-oriented, highly motivated attorney with excellent writing and communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems and delivering exceptional client service. A Colorado law license is preferred. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school.
