Are you looking for camaraderie, collaboration and a challenge? If so, we want you at Brownstein. We are looking for a Patent Attorney with 6-9 years of experience for the firm's Denver office. Qualified candidates will have a degree in Engineering or Computer Science and be admitted to the USPTO (or be eligible to take the Patent Bar). Excellent academic performance, strong writing and analytical skills, verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are required. Prior non-legal work experience with software, including web-based services, full-stack development, generative AI, machine learning, data structures, data storage, and databases, is preferred but not necessary.

Compensation: Salary will range between $218,000 and $235,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits: medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan and matching contributions, profit sharing contributions and paid time off.
