Part-Time Attorney (Hybrid)

Looking for an attorney to draft complaints, answers, motions and discovery. Compensation is hourly. POSITION IS COMPLETELY REMOTE (but we do have ability for you to be hybrid or in person if you prefer being in the office setting)!

Ideally, you will be able to attend motion hearings, depositions, etc. for cases that you work on for us, but this isn't a deal-breaker.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who can work with us regularly and become a regular part of our team, who understands that this is a limited, part-time role that can supplement a household income. This is ideal for someone who has had to step down from the 9-5 roles in order to care for family but wants to continue growing in their legal career. This is also ideal for someone who is winding down their practice and is looking to maybe hang their shingle under someone else for the next few years so they don't have to worry about overhead anymore.

Ideally, you are or were barred in the State of New Jersey.

Pay is dependent on experience, but we request that you submit your normal rate for your freelance/contract work in your application.

You will only be considered if you have experience relevant to our areas of practice. Please look at our website to see if you think you will be a good fit.

You must be willing to attend court or real estate closings as a per diem attorney. Rates must be flat rate. Please send us your rate for appearances in the application as well.
