Description:
Tromberg, Miller, Morris & Partners is a growing creditor practice in eight jurisdictions. This position for Managing Attorney will be to run the NJ default practice and work to continue growing our New Jersey presence.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and attorneys.
- Oversee the drafting and maintenance of procedures.
- Ensure NJ practice is in compliance with state and local rules
- Communicate effectively with associate attorneys, staff and clients
- Maintain client compliance and oversee scorecards.
- Assist in working legal matters and caseload.
Experience:
The successful candidate will possess:
- New Jersey default experience of 7 plus years.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to multi-task a large number of matters at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of honesty and ethics as an officer of the court
- Willingness to seek to fulfil our clients' needs in a consumer-friendly fashion.
- NJ Bar License required.
