Position Overview and Responsibilities:This position serves as an OPS - Law Clerk and will assist attorneys by providing support consistent with the Division's mission. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in legal research.
- Conducting document review.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Litigation support.
- Analyzing policy.
- Performing administrative tasks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate and work well within a team environment.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Knowledge of Chapter 252, Florida Statutes.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current 2L or 3L law student in good academic and disciplinary standing.
- Must reside in Tallahassee, Florida.
