Position Overview and Responsibilities:
This position serves as an OPS - Law Clerk and will assist attorneys by providing support consistent with the Division's mission. Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting in legal research.
  • Conducting document review.
  • Drafting legal documents.
  • Litigation support.
  • Analyzing policy.
  • Performing administrative tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to communicate and work well within a team environment.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of Chapter 252, Florida Statutes.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current 2L or 3L law student in good academic and disciplinary standing.
  • Must reside in Tallahassee, Florida.
