Description:
We are seeking a contract oil & gas attorney to prepare title opinions, assist with due diligence for acquisitions, and, depending on workflow and the candidate's experience, prepare various upstream and midstream contracts. Our projects are in Texas and New Mexico. Our office is in Austin, Texas, but remote work is permitted for the right candidate.The job requirements are as follows:
- Licensed in Texas or New Mexico.
- At least two years of experience preparing oil & gas title opinions for lands located in Texas and/or New Mexico. Recent experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
