- Provide comprehensive legal advice, considering all aspects of clients' circumstances to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, scrutinising title examinations, closing binders, and legal documents for accuracy and risk assessment.
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including contracts, leases, financing statements, and title abstracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions, facilitating smooth title transfers.
- Represent clients in real estate closings, disputes, and litigation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active law license and membership in the local bar association.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a real estate attorney.
- Exceptional negotiation, research, networking, and communication skills.
