Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance on healthcare-related matters.
Provide analysis related to healthcare fraud and abuse.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Stay abreast of changes in healthcare laws and regulations to advise clients accordingly.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Minimum 3 years of experience practicing healthcare law.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
