We are looking for a litigation attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a practicing litigator. We will accept candidates who have all their experience in one of the following areas: class action defense, MDL, securities litigation, ERISA, Patent/Intellectual Property, Antitrust/trade regulation, large scale commercial disputes, complex adversary proceedings in bankruptcy. We are generally looking for someone who has practiced at a firm, but will also consider candidates that have strong litigation backgrounds from a regulatory organization. We will not accept candidates whose litigation experience is in criminal, family law, debt collection, personal injury, insurance defense claims. LL/tenant. You must have excellent writing skills, be self-motivated, and detail oriented. Please only apply if you meet the above criteria.

We are a litigation boutique that represents securities firms and financial / investment advisors. We also handle related securities regulatory work, as well as complex commercial litigation in various state and federal courts. Must have familiarity taking and defending depositions, drafting motions in federal and state court (motions to dismiss & summary judgment, etc) and have excellent analytical skills.
