Winstead PC is seeking a 4-5 year attorney for a position with our Construction (https://www.winstead.com/Practices/Construction) practice group in Austin. The role is a growth position with a clear path toward advancement in the firm. We are seeking an attorney with litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:- Litigation Experience with some Construction Disputes Experience Preferred: Litigation experience required. Some experience in construction disputes including, but without limitation, disputes relating to delay claims, liens, compensation and expenses, construction and design defect would be preferred. Courtroom and deposition experience is also preferred.
- Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials.
- Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
