This position is open to our Charleston, Charlotte, Pittsburgh and Raleigh offices. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of private equity experience, including the corporate aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and day-to-day operations involving Private Equity portfolio companies. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required. The successful candidate will work with a variety of national and international clients, as well as with A Global Law Firm lawyers across the firm's global platform. Therefore, the ability to work flexible hours is critical.
Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
