A Large Southeastern Law Firm with A National Practice has an immediate need in its Charlotte office for an Intellectual Property Litigation Senior Associate, Counsel or Junior Partner.Our Charlotte office is currently seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Senior Associate/Counsel/Junior Partner with 5-10 years of experience to assist with trademark cases. Significant trademark litigation experience required. Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills are required.
Job Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree)
- Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred.
