AMG LAW PLC is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to help launch and grow our Estate Planning Division.This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a thriving estate planning practice within an established and growing law firm. The attorney will work closely with experienced estate planning counsel during the initial launch phase and will have the opportunity to become a leader within the practice group.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct estate planning consultations
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, and related documents
- Advise individuals, families, and business owners regarding estate planning strategies
- Participate in community outreach, seminars, and educational events
- Assist in developing workflows, templates, and best practices
- Work collaboratively with the firm's family law team to serve existing clients
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia law license
- 3–7 years of estate planning experience preferred
- Experience drafting estate planning documents
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Desire to help build and grow a practice area
