The ideal applicant must be licensed in Virginia and will be self-motivated with excellent writing, research and people skills. This position will require you to handle cases from initial intake through trial and allow you to work in a collegial environment that offers a flexible work schedule. Portable business is a plus. Applicants must be able to work out of Stafford, Virginia legal office. Salary range up to $200,000 depending on experience and portable business. This is an in-office position in Stafford, Virginia; candidates should be local or willing to relocate to a nearby commuting distance.
