Summary:
A Global Law Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience who can assist with complex tax disputes and litigation, particularly with respect to multinational entities and cross-border transactions (international tax and transfer pricing). Relevant experience should be with a law firm, large accounting firm, or the government (IRS Chief Counsel, DOJ Tax Division, or Tax Court or other relevant clerkship). The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is required. A background in economics or accounting is helpful but not necessary. Experience interacting (both orally and in writing) with clients, in-house tax and legal teams, opposing counsel, co-counsel, accounting firms, economists, and agents or representatives of taxing authorities is preferred.

Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant law experience.
  • Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.
