The top-ranked Troutman Pepper Locke's Consumer Financial Services practice group is looking for an experienced career associate with 5 + years of experience to work with our distinguished San Francisco team. Individuals who have experience with commercial and consumer litigation, looking for a group that practices on a national platform are welcome to apply. This role will require independent case management, appearances, and managing others on the team, along with working with other practice groups throughout our firm. We invite applications from candidates with exceptional writing skills who are licensed and in good standing in California and who are interested in joining our San Francisco office.Troutman Pepper Locke's Consumer Financial Services practice focuses on a wide range of issues involving consumer finance and privacy laws, including bank and non-bank consumer lenders, credit reporting, background screening, fair housing, debt collection, credit repair, auto finance, mortgage lending and servicing, online lending and payment processing. This is an excellent opportunity to join our top-ranked, national team that litigates, provides regulatory guidance and assists with investigations initiated by government agencies.
The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $275,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
