Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an attorney with at least 2 to 4 years (class of 2023 – class of 2021) of experience to join the Mergers & Acquisitions team in a full-time, partnership-track associate position. Candidates should have experience in public and private merger and acquisition transactions, securities law, private equity transactions and corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will also have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills and be a true team player. Virginia bar membership will be required within one year of hiring.
