The firm is seeking a bright, motivated, quick-learning attorney to work in its Philadelphia office in collaboration with a team of experienced attorneys and paralegals. Candidates must be prepared to dive into negotiating and drafting relevant documents as the firm has an abundance of complex work. Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating transactional and commercial documents, including leases, real estate purchase agreements, asset-purchase agreements, partnership/operating agreements, employment agreements, and related documents.
