Description:
The Utility and Energy Practice at A Law Firm that Help Clients Manage Risk and Make Better Business Decisions is seeking an attorney to join its New York or Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in practice before or with a State Public Utility Commission, particularly the NJ Board of Public Utilities. Experience with renewable energy, including solar and offshore wind, is preferred. Candidates with prior work experience within the government or utility/energy companies are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience practicing before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission will also be considered. Admission to the NJ bar is required, NY and/or PA preferred. This is a hybrid position, three days in office is required.
