Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a driven, compassionate, and experienced Managing  Attorney  to join our talented team in Fort Collins. This role is hybrid and the Managing Attorney must live driving-distance from our office in Fort Collins.

We are seeking a Managing Attorney  to oversee the day-to-day operations in our Fort Collins office while handling diverse family law cases and making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. This position is critical in ensuring the productivity and profitability of the office by balancing legal expertise, team mentorship, and operational management. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, the Managing Attorney will: 
  • Oversee daily operations, productivity, and profitability of the Fort Collins office.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop legal staff through training, motivation, and support.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR on recruitment and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with other leaders to ensure cross-departmental support.
  • Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice on family law matters.
  • Represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, and negotiate settlements.
