We are seeking a full-time Family Law Attorney to join our busy and growing practice. Ideal candidates are compassionate, driven, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in client advocacy. Applicants must be admitted to and in good standing with the Colorado Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ethical, professional, and compassionate representation to clients.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft well-written legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
Collaborate closely with your paralegal to ensure effective case management and client communication.
Maintain timely progress on assigned cases and manage deadlines efficiently.
Advocate for clients in hearings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

1–5 years of experience as a practicing attorney (Family Law experience is a plus)
Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Additional licensure or experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

$140,000–$190,000 annual compensation based on attainable billable hours and year-end bonuses

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, Monday–Friday (with occasional weekends as needed)
Hybrid work option – in-person with the ability to work from home part of the week
Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Colorado Springs, CO 80903
