We are seeking an associate with two to eight years of experience to join our market-leading U.S. M&A team. The ideal candidate must possess law firm experience in mergers and acquisitions, must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills. We value associates who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy closely collaborating with clients. The successful candidate can be based in our Washington D.C., New York, Austin, Houston, Los Angeles or San Francisco offices.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience at a peer law firm, exceptional academic credentials, and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
