Reed Smith is seeking a Staff Attorney to join the Global Corporate Group. The role may be fully remote, based in any of our U.S. offices, or a mix of remote and in-office work. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant transactional experience, including experience with finance transactions. Experience with IPF transactions is preferred but not required. Excellent writing and matter-management skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach are essential. Candidates must be an active member, in good standing, of the bar in their state of residence.

Working closely with members of Reed Smith's Global Corporate Group, the staff attorney will handle IPF transactions. This includes drafting and negotiating IPF loan documents, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and managing deals under the oversight and direction of supervising partners and associates.

This is a full-time position. Staff Attorneys have an annualized client billable requirement of 1,650 hours.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
