We welcome applicants with 4-6 years of experience in any one or more the following areas: venture financings; private equity; representing private companies in general corporate matters; and private company mergers and acquisitions. We value highly skilled communicators who work well as a team and have strong academics.Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $310,000 – $390,000, based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
