Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with four to six years of post-JD experience. Prior law firm experience is a plus. This hire can join our practice in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Washington, DC.
Required Experience:
- Exceptional writing, analytical and legal research skills with experience drafting briefs in district and appellate courts.
- Experience managing large and significant discovery processes including massive document productions, leading teams, involvement in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.
- Talented strategic thinker.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic.
- State court experience.
- Ability to handle negotiations, meeting and conferring with opposing counsel.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor
- Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
- Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
