Description:

Snell & Wilmer's Litigation, Investigations, and Trials practice group seeks to hire an associate with two to five years of experience to join our dynamic litigation team, help advise our clients, and grow client relationships in our Reno-Tahoe, Las Vegas, or Palo Alto office. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and arguing motions and assisting in complex litigation matters, including all stages of discovery and motion practice. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills, with significant legal research experience are necessary. Participating in our local community is part of our credo and is expected of our team members. State Bar membership is required in the jurisdiction in which the attorney will be practicing.

This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm's benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.

Our expected salary range for candidates placed in Nevada is $175,000 – $225,000, depending on experience.

Our expected salary range for candidates placed in California is $210,000 – $265,000, depending on experience.
