Description:

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm's Reno office. This position involves a wide range of challenging and complex issues, including real estate development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, zoning/land use, and commercial leasing.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, real estate purchase and sale transactions, real estate development, land use and zoning, and leasing.
Demonstrated understanding of real property and land use law.
Demonstrated capacity for independently managing and closing complex real estate transactions.
Excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills and references.
Candidate must have an active Nevada bar license or be eligible and willing to take the Nevada bar.

Compensation/Other:
$220,000 - $325,000 a year is the estimated salary range for this role in Reno, Nevada.
