A Full-Service Am Law 200 Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join the firm in any of its locations to support projects located in or generated out of Nevada.Position Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, and leasing; title, land use, and rights of way; construction contracts; and loan documents. We are looking for someone who is team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills. Since this role will mainly focus on projects based in or generated out of Nevada, travel to our Nevada offices may be required unless you are already located in the area. Nevada licensure would be ideal, however it is not a requirement for this position. Being licensed, or planning to become licensed, in the state in which you will practice at H&H, would be required.
