Clark Hill is seeking a California-licensed Contract Attorney to assist our litigation business unit. This is a parttime, hourly role with an open-ended contract. Candidates must have 5+ years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment
Substantive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
Experience working with e-discovery software
Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
Strong academic credentials
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
