An International Law Firm seeks a mid-level Associate to join the Commercial Litigation practice group in the Firm's Los Angeles or Century City office. Qualified candidates will have 4 –5 years of litigation experience, including experience drafting briefs and motions, handling fact and expert discovery, engaging in deposition and trial preparation, and conducting depositions, cross examinations, and other oral advocacy. Federal clerkship experience is a plus as is working fluency in Spanish.

Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a track record of insightful research and analysis, and persuasive writing abilities. The expected salary for this position is $295,000 - $345,000, depending on experience.
