This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigator at Levine Haddad & Gregory, LLC. The Litigator will be responsible for handling legal matters, including motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions. The role involves providing expert legal representation and advice to clients on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft litigation documents including:
- Complaints, Motions, Surrogate's Court petitions, Subpoenas and Deposition Notices
- Perform legal research to support litigation positions
- Conduct Depositions
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Law
- Experience in preparing Motions and presenting in Courts
- Ability to conduct Trials and Depositions effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
