About the Opportunity:A Personal Injury Attorney is seeking an experienced and passionate Plaintiff-side Labor & Employment Attorney to join our dynamic litigation team. This role is ideal for a litigator who thrives in advocating for employee rights and is ready to take on a leadership role in meaningful, high-impact cases across New Jersey and beyond.
Responsibilities include:
- Represent employees in claims involving workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, retaliation, and other labor and employment issues
- Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings, motion practice, depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
- Conduct client consultations and manage case strategy from intake through resolution
- Collaborate with fellow litigators and support staff to deliver effective, results-driven representation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulatory changes
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience with a strong background in employment law preferred
- Licensed in Pennsylvania or eligible to waive into PA Bar is a plus
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Passion for representing workers and upholding civil rights in the workplace
