Alder Law is looking for a Litigation Attorney, minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, to join our firm!Alder Law, PC represents seriously injured people in litigation involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, business torts and employment law. Responsibilities:
- Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel
- Litigate cases from the start of complaint through resolution
- Draft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motions
- Propound and Respond to Discovery
- Prepare for, take, or defend depositions
- Court Appearances as needed
- Conduct Legal research
- Manage relations with clients
- Prepare for trial
Qualifications:
- Admission to the State Bar of CA
- Minimum five years of Personal Injury experience
- Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Tech savvy
