seeking an experienced and motivated associate with 2-5 years of
trademark experience representing large brand owners to join our
trademark and advertising practice. The ideal candidate will have
exceptional training and developed skills in trademark clearance,
prosecution, and enforcement; advertising claims review and label
compliance; and advertising-related disputes. This position is for
Dallas, the firm's largest office. If appropriate, the firm is open to
having the top candidate sit in the Charlotte, Orange County, or San
Francisco offices.
