A San Jose Business Attorney seeks a litigation attorney to assist in handling complex commercial and business litigation cases in its San Jose office.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience. We seek candidates who can think critically, are not intimidated by complex cases, and are confident in their ability to verbally advocate their research and writing.
