Overview: We have an opportunity for an Associate or Senior Counsel Attorney with civil litigation experience (particularly in the area of product liability) to join our office located on Technology Drive in San Jose, CA. When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters. This position is hybrid and offers work from home and in-office workdays.

- Current California Bar admission
- 3-7 years of litigation experience (insurance defense/product liability)
- Large scale motion experience
- Trial experience, preferred
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
