Jacob Jensen & Associates has an immediate opening for a full time litigation attorney. We are a personal injury law firm that specializes in auto accidents, and we are growing rapidly because of the quality of services we offer to our clients. Our firm is seeking a highly motivated and qualified attorney who will advocate for each client and maintain the standard of care we currently provide. Attorney will have the opportunity to manage and negotiate a case load immediately.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

Work rigorously to see that our clients receive the best care, and results.
Communicates directly and regularly with clients.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy when dealing with clients.
Demonstrate the ability to earn client's trust, confidence, and respect.
Conduct client intakes.
Communicate daily with insurance companies and adjusters.
Properly document any interaction regarding a case (such as communications with client, and insurance company, statues, phone calls, emails).
Outstanding negotiation skills.
Personal Injury Litigation experience (Strongly preferred but not required).
Speak Spanish (Preferred but not required).
Handle client requests and questions in a timely manner.
Experience in evaluating cases.
Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Licensed in Utah.
