Job Description:The Position:
Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join our Salt Lake City Utah office. The candidate should have minimum of three years of civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents; managing discovery, including taking and defending witnesses for depositions; and conducting legal research, analysis and writing.

Knowledge Base & Education:
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- A minimum of three years' litigation experience

- Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team
Ability to develop relationships and foster teamwork at all levels of the Firm
