We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in personal injury law. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, legal research capabilities, and the ability to draft comprehensive legal documents. The Litigation Attorney will represent clients in court proceedings, provide legal advice, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in litigation matters.
Conduct thorough legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation.
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts with precision.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests.
Provide expert advice on law & regulations as needed.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff within the firm to ensure comprehensive case management.
Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and communications in a well-organized manner.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to litigation practices.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in litigation with a strong understanding of personal injury law.
Proficient in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
Exceptional writing skills with experience in legal drafting required.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
