Description:

Plaintiff-side employment law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to support a growing practice in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases. This role focuses on case management, client counseling, and pre-litigation work, with some involvement in litigation as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client matters from intake through resolution, including investigation, research, and drafting demand letters.
  • Counsel clients on employment law issues and provide strategic advice.
  • Assist with settlement negotiations and, when appropriate, coordinate with litigation team for active cases.
  • Track case progress, maintain organized files, and support firm growth through high-quality client service.

Qualifications:
  • J.D. and active bar membership in good standing (California preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in plaintiff-side employment law, including investigations, case management, or pre-litigation advocacy.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with federal and state employment laws (Title VII, FEHA, ADA, etc.).

Los Angeles, CA – primarily in-person, with flexibility for remote work.
