Drayton Law, P.C. is seeking to add an experienced Litigation Associate to join our premier Landlord Tenant firm. This exciting position will include a perfect combination of courtroom litigation work together with in office written work. Our firm appears routinely in all Superior, Housing and District Courts through Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We proudly represent many of the country's most elite landlords and management companies in summary process actions and civil actions. The ideal candidate must have prior court experience, knowledge of Massachusetts landlord tenant laws and all aspects of civil litigation. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for Superior and Housing Court litigation matters premised on discrimination, 93A and housing related issues. Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required. New Hampshire bar is a plus. www.Drayton.Law

Responsibilities:

Representation in Superior Court actions;
Represent landlords and property management companies in court for mediation and trials (via zoom and in person) in housing and district courts.
Prepare and draft legal demands and pleadings in all civil matters.
Advise clients on landlord tenant laws and fair housing matters.
Negotiate settlements of legal disputes.
