Pierce Atwood's rapidly growing real estate and land use practice seeks a top-notch real estate and land use litigation associate with 2-6 years of relevant experience for our Boston office.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in Massachusetts zoning and land use law and litigation, including substantive discovery and motion practice experience. Experience with planning board, zoning board, and conservation commission hearings is a plus but not required. Superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are a must. The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience: Boston $150,000-$225,000.
