The Injury Attorneys is seeking a litigation attorney for our expanding national injury practice. We are adding to our teams in DFW and San Antonio.

We are one of the nation's fastest growing personal injury law firms with over 125 employees, including 30 attorneys.

We are headquartered in Euless, Texas. We sign new cases in at least 10 states every day.

Experience litigating as a licensed Texas attorney, including depositions, mediations, and as a first chair trial attorney is required.

Active or pending licenses in other jurisdictions or willingness to obtain other licenses is preferred.

The primary responsibilities of a litigation attorney at The Injury Attorneys:

Manage 80-100 active litigation files from filing suit through discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial with the assistance of a dedicated 2-person paralegal team.
Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers in order to resolve a case quickly and efficiently.
Be a motivated self-starter who can direct a team of paralegals toward effective results on behalf of clients.
Manage the settlement of cases and disbursement of funds to clients, lien holders, and medical providers.
